Welcome to QuoteMe, operated by Unity Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the QuoteMe platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using QuoteMe, you acknowledge that you:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

2. Account Registration and Security

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• Agree to automatic renewal at the end of each billing period

3.3 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through:

• Your account settings on our website
• The billing portal in your profile
• Contacting customer support at contact@quoteme.fun

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by law.

4. AI-Generated Content

4.1 Nature of AI Content

QuoteMe uses artificial intelligence (powered by Hugging Face models) to generate personalized quotes, backgrounds, and wellness content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is created algorithmically based on your inputs
• Content may not always be perfect or fully aligned with your expectations
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI outputs
• You should use your own judgment when applying AI-generated advice

4.2 Ownership of Generated Content

You retain ownership of quotes generated specifically for your account. However, by using our Service, you grant QuoteMe a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store and display your quotes within the Service
• Use anonymized quote data to improve AI models
• Display publicly shared quotes in our community feed
• Use aggregated data for analytics and service improvement

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Share offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content publicly
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer our Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property Rights

QuoteMe, including its logo, design, code, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Unity Labs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform or content
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright notices
• Create derivative works based on our Service

7.2 Third-Party Content

Background images may be sourced from Pexels and Pixabay under their respective licenses. AI models are provided by Hugging Face. All third-party content remains subject to their original licenses and terms.

8. Termination and Cancellation

8.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may cancel your account at any time by:

• Accessing your account settings
• Contacting customer support

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

8.2 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or misuse the Service
• Fail to pay subscription fees

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
